Wanted Parkland Woman Arrested in Connection to Alleged Coordinated Chase Bank Fraud Scam

A Parkland woman who investigators say was part of a Chase Bank fraud scheme has been charged after allegedly using a victim’s debit card to withdraw hundreds of dollars from the victim’s bank accounts.

According to a Coral Springs Police Department probable cause affidavit, Kierra Nicole Rollins, 32, of Parkland, was charged with grand theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, and criminal use of personal identification information.

Investigators said the case began on February. 19, when a victim in Coral Springs reported receiving a phone call from someone she believed was a Chase Bank representative. The caller allegedly verified the victim’s personal information and claimed her account had been compromised…
