DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A Mississippi man was arrested in Delray Beach after police said he traveled to meet someone he believed was a 14-year-old boy for sex.
Franco Vielma Alas, 40, of South Haven, Mississippi, was arrested Friday on charges of traveling to meet a minor for an unlawful sex act and using a two-way device to facilitate a felony, according to a probable cause affidavit from the Delray Beach Police Department.
His bond was set at $7,000, according to court records…
