South Florida under heat advisory, extreme temperatures to continue

All of South Florida is under a heat advisory again today, according to the National Weather Service, reflecting a continuing trend of extreme temperatures in the region.

The area under advisory includes the entirety of Palm Beach County, Broward County and Miami-Dade County, as well as mainland Monroe County, according to the NWS office in Miami. The advisory will last until 7 p.m. Friday, July 10.
