NORTH MIAMI, Fla. — A South Florida Home Depot employee is facing felony charges after police said he conducted a scheme to defraud the company of thousands of dollars.
Police in North Miami arrested Marvin Colin, 28, on Tuesday at the Home Depot store located at 12055 Biscayne Blvd.
According to investigators, Home Depot management provided officers with what they described as an “asset protection investigative packet” that contained “transaction records, surveillance photographs, dates, times, register information and supporting documentation” for 13 different incidents in which they said Colin conducted the alleged fraudulent transactions…
