A Coral Springs tax investigation led to the arrest of a Sunrise used car dealer accused of pocketing more than $77,000 in state sales taxes collected from customers, according to the Florida Department of Revenue.
According to a Coral Springs Police Department arrest report, Alexander Medina, 42, owner and manager of Next Level Auto LLC in Hollywood, was taken into custody on July 31 in connection with an outstanding warrant issued in late 2025.
