A wrong-way driver accused of crashing into a guardrail on the Sawgrass Expressway, urinating along the highway and becoming physically combative with law enforcement was arrested following a chaotic incident in Coral Springs.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol report, Everton Michael Cytall, 43, of Fort Lauderdale, was arrested August 7 after authorities received reports of a wrong-way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of the Sawgrass Expressway, near Coral Ridge Drive.
