Florida HOA plan sparks rental fight
A Florida community is facing a debate over rental rules. Heron Bay’s master association oversees more than 3,100 homes across Coral Springs and Parkland, and proposed changes drew strong opposition from homeowners and landlords.
The board later backed away from most of the original landlord and tenant restrictions and postponed its vote until the first week of September. The remaining leasing framework has not yet been finalized.
