The latest criminal case against rapper Kodak Black was dismissed Tuesday in Broward after a judge granted the defense motion involving a charge of fleeing and eluding law enforcement.
The 29-year-old Pompano Beach native, whose real name is Bill Kapri, won his case in court Tuesday when a judge dismissed the charge.
