Police say a man was arrested after witnesses say he punched a child in the face after taking his French fries at Coral Square Mall.
According to a Coral Springs Police Department arrest report, officers received reports of the battery of a child at the Coral Square Mall food court on September 20. Upon arrival, police detained a man identified as Luke Douglas Rollins, 18, of Parkland.
