New York — While its roots in New York run deep, ABC Carpet & Home saw plenty of compelling reasons to branch out into South Florida for its latest showroom.
The New York-based retailer of area rugs, furniture and home décor announced its expansion to Boca Raton, Fla. earlier this month. Located at 601 N. Federal Highway, the 18,000-square-foot showroom features more than 5,000 rugs, including custom and one-of-a-kind pieces, alongside furniture, bedding, bath, kitchen, tabletop and décor. It joins showrooms in New York and Greenwich, Conn., with a Long Island location at Belmont Park Village coming soon.
“Boca Raton felt like a natural opportunity for ABC to reach a new audience while continuing to build on what makes the brand distinctive,” Geri Moran, vice president of marketing, told Furniture Today. “South Florida has a vibrant consumer market, a strong sense of lifestyle and community, and an appreciation for quality and thoughtfully curated experiences. We saw an opportunity to bring ABC to a market that aligns well with our brand and gives us room to connect with new customers.”…
