HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — A man in his 70s was pulled from the water off Hollywood Beach Wednesday morning and taken to a local hospital after losing his pulse, according to Hollywood Fire Rescue officials.
Officials said they received a report of a possible drowning at about 8:35 a.m. near the 2200 block of South Ocean Drive.
