HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — A 48-year-old Hollywood woman was arrested Thursday after police accused her of stealing more than $170,000 from her mother’s retirement account and via Social Security Administration and check transfers.
According to a Hollywood Police Department arrest affidavit, the victim reported her suspicions about her daughter, Toborshia Katrina Carter, to police in March 2025.
