Three-Year-Old Twins Pronounced Dead As Their Mother Leaves Them Alone In A Car Jumping From Miami Interstate Ramp

A super heartbreaking story has unraveled in Miami, Florida regarding the tragic death of a set of twins!

According to a press release from the Miami-Dade Police Department, local authorities discovered three-year-old Milendhet and Milendhere Napoleon-Cadet unresponsive in a vehicle on Friday morning, February 2nd. Officers were contacted for a medical emergency after the small children were found alone in a car.

Reports read that the twins were discovered around 2 AM foaming at the mouth in the backseat area of an SUV on the northbound lanes of the Interstate 95 ramp near the Turnpike extension.

Authorities state that upon their arrival the twin‘s mother Shirlene Napoleon Alcime, jumped over an expressway wall onto the train tracks in an apparent suicide. The 42 year old was taken to a local hospital where she is said to have survived but is listed in critical condition.

The twins were also rushed to a nearby hospital and were sadly pronounced dead. As of right now their cause of death is unknown. Their father Milson Caldet, told NBC Miami and WPLG in Creole language, “I really loved my kids.”
