BOCA RATON, Fla. – A South Florida grand jury has recommended new criminal charges against a 15-year-old male. Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts Office records note a 15-year-old male was charged on Feb. 8 with first-degree murder with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a minor.
