A man was arrested for the sixth time in three months after leading police on a high-speed chase in a stolen vehicle. On October 17, the Lauderhill Police Department arrested a man, identified as Pernell Shingles, 33, of Pompano Beach, following a series of offenses that began with a stolen vehicle pursuit.
