Deputies searching for family of unidentified toddler left at Florida daycare

WEST PARK, Fla. (WFLA) — Deputies in Broward County are trying to locate the family of a young girl who was left at a daycare Thursday.

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office said the girl, who may be named Malaya, was dropped off at Panda Little Academy on Southwest 40th Avenue in the morning.

However, no one has come to pick her up from the West Park daycare. Authorities believe she is around 2 to 3 years old.

The man who dropped her off was reportedly driving a dark-colored vehicle. The sheriff’s office released photos of the girl and the man in hopes that someone might recognize one of them.
