HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — A Hollywood man was arrested over the weekend after he threatened his family and a responding police officer after grabbing a machete, authorities said.
According to an arrest report, the incident occurred just before 3:30 a.m. Sunday at the family’s home.
Police said the suspect’s wife told them that her husband, Rene Matute Godoy, 43, was dropped off at home by a friend and was “extremely intoxicated.”…
