A Tamarac man faces an attempted murder charge after deputies said a rent dispute shooting left a victim intubated and in critical condition.
According to a Broward County Sheriff’s Office arrest report, Xavier Aiden Mojica, 23, was arrested following the May 3 shooting at a home located near the 7600 block of Northwest 74th Terrace.
Deputies said they responded to 911 calls from the home and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. BSO Fire Rescue provided medical treatment at the scene before transporting the victim to a hospital…
