A new restaurant inspired by a trip to Napa and global cuisines, Ember and Vine, has announced a planned opening for July in Coral Springs.
The restaurant, brought by the couple behind Dear Olivia and Eddie and Vinny’s, will replace the former longstanding Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar & Tapas. It will be located a few doors down from the Publix in the Sawgrass Center on Coral Ridge Drive by Heron Bay.
Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli own P Hospitality Management, whose portfolio includes Prezzo Boca Raton, Prezzo Palm Beach Gardens, Corvina Seafood Grill, Eddie and Vinny’s in Coral Springs, Dear Olivia, and Amante’s Italian Restaurant…
