Police Arrest Suspect in Car Theft After Group Attempted Vehicle Break-Ins in Boca Raton

A group of men riding in a stolen car allegedly used the vehicle to try breaking into other cars in Boca Raton before one suspect was arrested after a short chase on I-95, according to police.

Bilince Occeus, 19, of Delray Beach, was arrested on a charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, both felonies, as well as loitering and resisting arrest with violence following an incident on May 16, 2026, Delray Beach police said in a probable cause affidavit filed in court this week. According to the affidavit, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office detectives and Delray Beach police were investigating a stolen white Acura sedan reported taken from the 2600 block of Bridge Road.
