Five more retail and restaurant tenants, including a popular Naples donut shop, have signed leases to move into Midtown at Bonita, a 68-acre development in Lee County.
The new businesses will join TJ Maxx and Ulta Beauty, which were announced in February and a roster that includes Jeff’s Bagel Run, Gelato & Co., LowBrow Pizza, Mathnasium, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, Three Sixteen Café and a dental office operated by Pacific Dental Services.
With the five new leases signed and a pipeline of deals in the works, buildouts are expected to begin in the coming weeks, with the first openings expected by year’s end, the Zuckerman Group says in a statement…
