PORT CHARLOTTE — Deputies arrested a man they say spat on a woman’s car and told her to go back to the country she came from.
Patrick Alan Judy, 58, 1541 San Mateo Drive, North Port was arrested Tuesday night in the parking lot of Walmart, 19100 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, reports show.
