As the kids have headed back to school and pumpkin-flavored treats have returned, many of us on the Gulf Coast are itching for fall.
Highs will soar to the mid to low 90’s every day this week. Above-average temperatures are set to linger through at least the beginning of September.
While the temperatures have not gotten the memo, there may be a treat for autumn lovers. Meteorological fall begins on September 1. For the “official” start to the season, we need to wait until September 22. That is the astronomical start to the season…
