PORT CHARLOTTE — The final phase of The Hammocks at West Port is underway with Christopher Alan Homes releasing 25 single-family homesites.
There are three floor plans available at the master-planned community along U.S. 41 and El Jobean Road. The plans include houses with three and four bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half baths and between 1,719 to 1,920 square feet.
“The Hammocks appeals to a variety of homebuyers looking for value, quality construction and a great location with an active lifestyle,” Christopher Alan Homes Sales/Marketing Director Carlos Gilkey stated in a news release. “They enjoy the intimate size of The Hammocks and access to the on-site amenities of the larger West Port community.”
It offers open-concept floor plans, it stated.
“Available floor plans include the three-bedroom, two-bath Captiva, shown as a professionally decorated model home with a welcoming front porch, spacious lanai and 1,719 square feet of living space,” it stated in the news release. “Additional floor plans in The Hammocks feature the Gasparilla offering four bedrooms, two baths and 1,810 square feet under air and the Biscayne, The Hammocks’ largest home, with three bedrooms, two full baths, a powder room and 1,920 square feet.”
