CAPE CORAL, Florida — A Cape Coral man has been charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation involving victims under the age of twelve.
Detectives with the Cape Coral Police Department’s Special Victims Unit have charged 44-year-old Luis Andres De Los Santos with the offenses, according to a press release from the department. The investigation began on April 1, 2026, when the department received a report of possible sexual offenses against a child.
