ENGLEWOOD — A Charlotte County man was arrested after a deputy found his half-sunk boat leaking diesel fuel into Lemon Bay, reports show.
Dylan Stuart Cates, 41, of the 2000 block of Pennsylvania Ave., Englewood, was arrested by Charlotte County deputies arrested, charging him with having an abandoned or derelict vessel.
