FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A minor is in life-threatening condition after being struck by a car while riding a bicycle on Tuesday in northwest Allen County.
Officers found a white Chevy Impala and the cyclist near the intersection of the Pufferbelly Trail and West Cedar Canyons Road.
