FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — After nearly two years, the City of Fort Wayne and Fort Wayne Professional Firefighters Local 124 have a new contract approved by city council.
On May 7, the City of Fort Wayne announced that an agreement had been reached with Fort Wayne Professional Firefighters Local 124 following an arbitrator’s intervention. The arbitrator’s decision left City Council as the only entity left that needed to approve the contract.
