FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a possible shooting on the city’s southwest side.
Around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, a reported shooting was called into Fort Wayne police dispatchers. Officers responded to the 1800 block of Hale Avenue, between Brooklyn and Juliette avenues.
Details are limited at this time. WANE 15’s crew observed a cordoned-off area with crime scene tape. Less than two hours later, the scene was cleared. There’s no word on how many victims, if any, or the extent of injuries…
