KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (WANE) — The Noble County Community Fair is underway and there’s plenty going on this week. There are different 4-H Shows daily featuring many different animals and also events at the Grand Stand each night. A rodeo is coming to the Grand Stand at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14th.
