FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Tuesday’s public comment at Fort Wayne City Council had residents voicing their concerns about the Boys and Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne’s plan to sell a portion of Lutheran Park.
The news of the sale broke Monday, when WANE 15 reported that the Boys & Girls Clubs says it plans to sell a portion of the property to help fund affordable housing, maintain the remaining park and support the organization’s youth programs.
