FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The legal process for Rahiem Kubisty is officially underway following a controversial weekend arrest that has sparked community outcry and a formal plea for justice from local advocates.
Roderick Parker, founder of Big Hearts Community Projects, was at the Allen County Courthouse Tuesday morning to show his support for 45-year-old Kubisty during his initial hearing and push for a full investigation into the incident.
“We watched a complete violation of the law committed by an officer of the law,” Parker said, referring to the viral video of the arrest circulating on social media.
