Citilink CEO wraps up time as leader of Fort Wayne public transportation company

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The CEO and general manager of Citilink is entering his last week leading the public transportation company.

Back in August, the organization announced John Metzinger would be stepping down in the fall. He plans to move on to another public transportation company that is closer to his family.

Fort Wayne ride for Citilink CEO to end

Metzinger led Citilink for five years. In that time, the company evolved its payment system, updated routes and upgraded the experience for riders.
