FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A crash east of downtown Fort Wayne briefly slowed and stopped traffic.
At around 9:15 p.m. Sunday night, police and medics responded to a crash at the intersection of E Washington Boulevard and Kitch Street.
