WARSAW – A Columbia City man has been arrested after allegedly strangling another person.
Antonio Francisco Cordova, 39, 1520 N. 150W, Columbia City, is charged with strangulation, a level 6 felony; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On May 2, Kosciusko County dispatch advised officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office of a fight in a Warsaw residence. When officers arrived at the location, the victim stated he fought with Cordova, told him that he hated him, and Cordova attacked the victim.
According to court documents, the victim indicated Cordova’s arm was around the victim’s neck. The victim stated he could not breathe or talk and heard his neck pop. Officers observed red marks on both sides of the victim’s neck and under his chin…
