FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT)– Food, music and community came together at Packard Park as Bravas celebrated its 15th anniversary with the first-ever Bravas Fest.
Owner Bo Gonzalez says the event marked an important milestone for the local restaurant and food truck business, which began as a simple hot dog cart.
“It’s been a pretty organic growth over the last 15 years,” Gonzalez said. “We started with a hot dog cart, had a lot of fun doing it. So then we got a food truck, and then the natural progression there is just to get a restaurant.”…
