DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – Two drivers involved in a crash walked away with non-life-threatening injuries after one driver failed to yield the right of way.
According to a press release from the Sheriff’s Office, on Saturday at 6:30 a.m., a truck traveling east on County Road 68 crossed the median at State Road 3 when an SUV heading north on SR 3 approached the intersection at CR 68.
The driver of the truck said he did not see the SUV as he began to cross the northbound lanes of CR 68 when he crossed into the travel path of the SUV and failed to yield the right of way. The SUV crashed into the truck, damaging both vehicles, which were deemed a total loss…
