Ben Crump takes on case of woman who died after Tim Hortons fight

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)— Nationally recognized civil rights and personal injury attorney Ben Crump announced on Friday that he has been retained by the family of Anita Grayson, the 75-year-old woman who died after a fight at a Fort Wayne Tim Hortons.

Crump has represented the families of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor in the past, securing a combined $39 million just for those two families.

Gunman fatally shot, bystander wounded outside White House

Grayson died on May 13 after an altercation with employees inside the Tim Hortons on Ice Way in Fort Wayne turned physical. The Allen County Coroner has listed Grayson’s cause and manner of death as pending. But it did state “the forensic pathologist did not see any injuries causing death under gross examination.”
