BEAUMONT — A Port Arthur man and a Humble, Texas man were indicted in connection with the shooting of a woman who was killed while driving.
Javen Javon Blount, 25, of Port Arthur and Demarcus Dewayne Dovonte Elam, 28, of Humble were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury this week in the death of Shameka Miller, 37, of Arlington.
Bond is set at $1.5 million for Blount and $2 million for Elam…
