A Kansas ranch that specializes in wagyu beef has opened a retail meat market in Southlake.
Booth Creek Wagyu is a vertically integrated operation, meaning they raise the cattle on the 5,000-acre ranch near Manhattan, Kansas, process the meat and distribute it to their small number of stores. All of the facilities are within a 30-mile radius, which the company says makes it unique for fresh wagyu.
