PLEASANTON — A group of local investors has bought a chunk of an East Bay shopping center in a deal that gives the new owners a second piece of the high-profile retail hub.
The investors paid $10.7 million for an 8.4-acre Pleasanton site consisting of a former Nordstrom store and a large surface parking lot next to Stoneridge Shopping Center, documents filed on June 30 at the Alameda County Recorder’s Office show.
