Two men were arrested after a gold chain and pendant was ripped from the neck of an adult victim at Hillsdale Mall, police said Friday.
Officers were dispatched to the mall about 5:25 p.m. Thursday after the robbery by two adults who fled in a red 1990s Subaru Outback, police said.
