FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Bay Area rapper and entrepreneur Berner is adding filmmaker to his resume.
The artist, known for his music, his global cannabis brand Cookie,s and collaborations with artists including Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne, chose Fresno to host the first big screen premiere of his new crime thriller, Splash City, at the Regal Cinema at River Park in Fresno on Monday night.
The sold out screening marked the film’s big screen debut before its planned streaming release in the coming months…
