PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA – Pleasanton’s newest destination for wine, cocktails and Vietnamese-American food is celebrating its official grand opening today.
Fusion Wine Bar will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce at noon on Tuesday, July 28. The restaurant is located at 3030 Bernal Avenue, Suite 220, in the shopping center near the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Valley Avenue.
Although Fusion Wine Bar has already been welcoming customers through a soft-opening period, today’s ceremony marks its formal introduction to the Pleasanton business community.
The restaurant combines a neighborhood wine bar atmosphere with a menu of Vietnamese-American fusion dishes. Its beverage selection includes local wines, draft beer, sake, soju, mocktails and handcrafted cocktails…
