FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The location-based social-networking app, Nextdoor, released its most affordable neighborhoods in Fresno list for 2026, featuring neighborhoods that first-time homebuyers may not suspect.
According to Nextdoor, Floradora, Olive, Hughes, and Pleasant avenues are the most affordable streets, offering “well-kept homes” and a “friendly vibe.”
