CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 7-Eleven convenience store and gas station in Clovis has sold for $5 million, according to Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors.
The property, located at 394 W. Ashlan Ave., at Peach and Ashlan avenues, includes a 2,407-square-foot building on 0.92 acres. The building was built in 1991 and renovated in 2019, according to Hanley Investment.

In its announcement on Monday, the group reported selling more than $60 million in corporate convenience store and gas station properties in California over the past 12 months, including the recent $12.18 million sale of a newly constructed, single-tenant 7-Eleven in Madera County.
The newly sold property in Clovis, which is near a WinCo Foods, ranks in the top 20% of 7-Eleven locations in California, based on Placer.ai data.
The site is at a signalized intersection with more than 75,000 cars per day and has a trade area of more than 387,000 residents within five miles, Hanley Investment Group said…
