Man wanted in Fresno for theft of Flock camera, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 22-year-old man is wanted for the theft of two privately owned Flock cameras in Fresno, according to the Fresno Police Department.

Police say around 4:15 a.m. on July 11, 2026, officers responded to a report of grand theft in the area of Woodrow and San Gabriel Avenues.

Investigators discovered that two people had stolen two privately owned Flock cameras worth around $5,000 from the location.

Detectives say they were able to identify one of the suspects as Ryan Kitchener. Kitchener is wanted for grand theft and is on felony probation, police say.
