FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Vandalism at a Fresno video game store on Wednesday morning has forced the store’s owner to change the way they do business.
Phillip Lout is the Co-Owner of Battle City Games. Lout says since his business opened in Van Ness Village in April of this year, he’s enjoyed being a part of the community.
But within the last week, Lout says Van Ness Village has seen a significant uptick in unhoused people congregating near businesses and even harassing him.
“The last four months this whole area has been kind of clear of that,” Lout said. “But now, out of just nowhere, the last week just, it exploded.”…
