FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) – A man was arrested after deputies were taken on two high-speed chases with hours of each other Thursday morning in Fresno. According to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were in the area of Abby and Olive Avenues around 4:00 a.m. when they saw a truck driving a very high speed.
