On Monday, one of the teens accused in the killing of Caleb Quick last April arrived at the Fresno County Courthouse for a crucial court hearing, in which a judge must now decide if the girl will be tried as an adult or remain in the juvenile system.
“They need to show it’s a serious crime, that there was some criminal history here, and there was some sophistication,” Action News Legal Analyst Tony Capozzi said.
